Openings in Computer Vision and Embedded Neural Computing
Our lab researches neurally inspired sensing and computation, leveraging exciting technologies including silicon retina sensors and neural processors such as the Spiking Neural Network architecture (SpiNNaker) and TrueNorth to build the next generation of bio-inspired embedded sensory systems for autonomous aerial vehicles (quadcopters) and remote sensing applications.

Research Scientist (Post-Doc)

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Strong programming skills
  • Strong publication record
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    • Computer Vision
    • Neuromorphic Engineering
    • Machine Learning
    • Embedded Hardware

Associate Scientist

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Strong programming skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
